Dense ruby red with garnet nuances; intense and persistent sweet bouquet with notes of dried flowers and sweet spices; on the palate, rich in structure, soft, with velvety tannins. With its elegant structure, this Amarone is also an excellent accompaniment to food.
Vinification
90 days drying of the berries, then 36 months in oak barrels
