Notes
Amber in colour; orange, hazelnut, tobacco and honey on the nose; soft and enveloping on the palate; at the beginning an explosion of flavours reminiscent of marc, raisins, dried fruit and almonds; then a light note of smoke, peat and malt; the grappa is silky, enveloping and long lasting.
Vinification
24 months in wooden casks, followed by 24 months maturing in used Single Malt Scotch Whisky casks. These come from the most prestigious Scottish distilleries Lagavulin, Caol Ila and Mortlach.

BERTA
In Monferrato, in Piedmont, surrounded by a hilly landscape, the Distillerie Berta is at home. The landscape here seems completely untouched. The distillery was founded in 1947 by Paolo Berta.
In 2002 a spacious new building with a barrique cellar and new steel tanks as well as the most modern communication technology was inaugurated. We can look back on a wonderful, long-standing and friendly cooperation with Berta. As the greatest proof of confidence they gave us the right to represent their Grappe in Switzerland as general importer.
