Brilliant purple; spicy and herbaceous aromas in the nose, which become beautifully firm on the palate with the first sip; fresh berry fruit, soft texture and clean finish.
Vinification
Maceration of 15 days, fermentation takes place in steel tank. Barrique aging for 14 months, bottle aging for 6 months.

BAROLLO
The winery is located in Veneto, nestled between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea near the small town of Preganziol. The estate is run by the Barollo family and was founded in 2001. Ricardo Cotarella, one of the best oenologists, is also part of the Barollo team... The warming sun and the cool breeze from the sea are responsible for the excellent microclimate in this area. The grapes reach an optimal ripeness and in the wine cellar the most modern cellar technology and great care is taken.
