Deep ruby red; broad bouquet with notes of cassis, peppers and fresh herbs; juicy on the palate with structured tannin; long and expansive finish.
Vinification
Maceration period of 50 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place on the skins. Then aged for one year in amphorae and another year in barriques. Micro production of 1440 bottles.
