For more than 80 years the family business Frantoio Muraglia has been producing the best olive oil in Puglia. It all began with an olive tree of the Coratina variety, which Muraglia still uses today. The olives are harvested by hand, traditionally ground between granite stones and pressed in a closed extraction process in our own olive press, which guarantees rapid processing, with a maximum of 2 hours from harvest to press. The clay bottles "Punto" and "Arcobaleo" are also handmade in Puglia and make every single bottle unique.
In addition to the Intenso Fruttato line, we also carry the Fumo oil in our assortment, which is a taste enrichment for many dishes due to its smoky finish.
