Only 500 grams of the best grapes per square metre are used for this top wine. The macération gives it a deeper colour, more structure and more intense aromas. After fermentation in oak barrels for 10 months, a complex and voluminous wine with great future potential matures.
The Waidli and Bründlerberg vineyards together form the Wolfer Winery. Two families run the business together. The wine cellar is nestled in the Bründlerberg vineyard, from both sites you can enjoy a clear view over the wide Thur valley to the Säntis.
