After completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left to macerate for 15 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Maturation: about 10 mt. barrique
The beautiful estate of Cipriana is located in the foothills of the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci, near the Mediterranean Sea. Since 1975 the estate has been owned by the Fabiani brothers, who have planted 8 hectares of vines and 3.5 hectares of olive groves. Some of the vineyards are located directly on the estate and others along Via Bolgherese, where the most famous vineyards of the Bolgheri Appellation are located.
