Dark ruby red; characteristic and complex spicy bouquet with aromas of white pepper, currants, blueberries, cedar and a fresh balsamic note. On the palate it is lively, flawless and crisp fruit, which develops dynamically and progressively. The tannins are tight, sweet and spicy. The long, structured finish promises a great outlook and shows the existing potential of this wine.

Fermentation in steel tanks for about 15 to 20 days, at temperatures not exceeding 26°C. Aging in new barriques for 24 months.
The modern organic vineyard Colline di Sopra was founded in autumn 2006 and taken over by the agronomist ETH Ulrich Ziegler in 2015. Located in the Montescudaio DOC, the 93-hectare estate has an excellent terroir. It consists of a productive vineyard of 12 hectares planted with grape varieties typical of Costa Tuscany and a further 18 hectares of new planting, including white grape varieties. The cultivation of the vineyard is strictly organic and is controlled by the certification authority ICEA. The winery is located 10 km from the sea and 15 km from Bolgheri, in the sunny and well-ventilated valley of the Cecina river.
