A (still) rarity from the Toscana. The name of the grape comes from the shape of the grape, which resembles a small fist. Ruby red with violet reflections; dark berries on the nose and on the palate; some gingerbread, figs and balsamic notes complete the fruit bouquet. Soft, sweet tannin, remains long.

"A gulp from the past, with a view to the future", this is how the corporate philosophy of Il Castellaccio can be summarized.
Valénte e Dinostro are the concrete result of your project of returning to the roots.
The grapes, which are cultivated exclusively using natural methods, are monitored with great care and attention during all their vegetative phases and with particular attention during the ripening period. They are then vinified in the winery by adding home-grown yeast.
The vineyards are the visible proof of a deeply rooted tradition.
History, tradition and nature of a unique "terroir" are the unmistakable values of Podere Il Castellaccio.
