Intense straw yellow; appealing nose with mineral notes of wet stone, slightly herbaceous nuances and behind it stone fruit. Fresh, delicate and elegant, the Verdicchio builds up and finishes well balanced on the palate.

Harvest in the first week of October. Fermented in steel tanks at cool temperatures, ageing also in steel tanks. Limited to 38'133 bottles.
The villa, in the centre of the estate, represents fifty years of pride and history between the Porcarelli family and the town of Matelica. Here, at the foot of the San Vicino mountain at 650 metres above sea level, Francesco Porcarelli (3rd generation) began bottling and converting to organic farming in 2013. At the end of 2018 the cellar was renovated. The original 6.5 hectares of Verdicchio vines were extended to a total of 10 hectares in 2016. Only 0.5 ha are planted with Merlot. With every sip of their Verdicchio you can feel the affection of Francesco and Stefania for their vines.
