San Gimignano is now a must for every traveller to Tuscany. In addition to the charm of the little town, with its little towers that are already unmistakable from afar, the first DOCG white wine of Tuscany grows here: Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG. ll Colombaio di Santa Chiara focuses on the organic cultivation and development of the wines. Harvesting by hand is just as natural as the careful ageing of the wines without the use of pesticides. A promise for the future.
