Lively and spicy, this Grillo opens with beautiful aromas of spring flowers, citrus, herbs and stone fruit. The round, juicy palate offers flavours of peach, grapefruit, pineapple and a fresh acidity alongside the minerality. Cleanly vinified!
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (14-16°C) for 12 days. Maturation in steel tanks on the fine lees for 4 months and at least two months in the bottle.

The winery Oleria Orsorgna produces organic and Demeter wine in Abruzzo in central Italy. The grapes are produced and harvested in Sicily, delivered to Abruzzo, to Oleria Orsorgna, where they are vinified into wonderful Demeter quality wines. All bottled wines of this line have in common not only the outstanding quality, but also the traditional cord over the neck of the bottle, which are knotted by people from the affiliated workshop for the disabled.
