The grapes for this Millesimato sparkling wine come from selected parcels of land in the hills near Asolo and are strictly selected. The particularly long natural fermentation allows a rich extraction of fruity notes and a fine, long-lasting perlage.
Vinification
Fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. 2. fermentation in pressure tank with final filtration.
