Straw yellow with golden reflexes; in the nose very diverse, citrus, apple, pear and quince: in the mouth it shows a pleasant minerality; the pleasant acidity gives the wine a great freshness.
Vinification
The vines are up to 55 years old; vinified in steel tanks.

Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes well with light dishes and freshwater fish.
