Intense golden yellow color; rich aroma, with nuances of ripe fruit, of vanilla and toasted aromas; in the mouth rich structure, of great finesse and softness; does not need to fear comparison with the great Chardonnays of the world.
Vinification
The grapes from five prime vineyards are harvested in small boxes. Only the best must is put into small oak barrels for (alcoholic) fermentation The wine remains on its own lees for another 9 months with weekly batonnâge.

In 1965 Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved with her son Maurizio to the impressive hilly landscape of Franciacorta. After graduating from high school, the young Maurizio deepened his oenological knowledge at the universities of Beaune and Bordeaux. On his return, he modernised and expanded the family estate and from then on produced wines and sparkling wines of world class and prestige. Gambero Rosso, the leading Italian wine publication, has awarded Cà del Bosco the title 'Winery of the Year 2003'. Furthermore, Maurizio Zanella has been awarded 'tre bicchieri' countless times for his sparkling and still wines.
