Dark ruby red, on the nose notes of blackberries and cherries accompanied by sweet spices. On the palate a lively, powerful fruit and juicy tannin, already nicely balanced.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation and maceration were controlled by a precise temperature control. Aging: 26 months in oak and steel tank.

In 1965 Annamaria Clementi Zanella moved with her son Maurizio to the impressive hilly landscape of Franciacorta. After graduating from high school, the young Maurizio deepened his oenological knowledge at the universities of Beaune and Bordeaux. On his return, he modernised and expanded the family estate and from then on produced wines and sparkling wines of world class and prestige. Gambero Rosso, the leading Italian wine publication, has awarded Cà del Bosco the title 'Winery of the Year 2003'. Furthermore, Maurizio Zanella has been awarded 'tre bicchieri' countless times for his sparkling and still wines.
