Straw yellow with green reflections; floral notes dominate in the nose. On the palate dried herbs and aromas of citrus fruits with stone fruit.
Vinification
Before fermentation, the grapes undergo cryomaceration to capture the aromas. The wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks.
