Characteristic bouquet of rose petals, tropical fruits and sweet spices. The palate is energetic and dynamic, with freshness and juiciness and a long aromatic finish.
Vinification
Weiss vinified with short maceration at low temperature to optimize the extraction of aromas. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks followed by a short aging on the lees.
