Deep ruby red; broad bouquet with notes of cherries, cassis and fresh herbs; juicy on the palate with structured tannin; long and expansive finish.
Vinification
Grape harvest at the end of September. Fermentation with own yeasts, maceration 20 days. Matured in French barriques for 15 mt. New wood content 1/3.
Accompanying
with red meat and cheese, but also with certain fish dishes typical of the local cuisine in Bolgheri.
