In the nose it shows aromas of ripe cherries, tobacco, leather and carob. On the palate the Negroamaro is full-bodied, well structured with strong tannins. Lots of toasted (vanilla) aromas in the finish.
Vinification
Fermentation of up to 20 days in steel tanks. Aging for refinement in large oak barrels.
