Golden yellow colour, complex aroma of fruit with light yeast tones. Very elegant with pleasant toasted aromas. Long finish.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature in oak barrels with local yeasts. Maturation: 12 months in oak barrels at 70% and 30% in cement tanks. After assemblage, the wine rests for a further 8 months in cement tanks.
