Aged in steel tank. Subsequently, the wine is refined in bottle for 3 Mt. before going on sale.

Ricardo Cotarella, one of the best oenologists, is also part of the Barollo team... The warming sun and the cool breeze from the sea are responsible for the excellent microclimate in this area. The grapes reach an optimal ripeness and in the wine cellar the most modern cellar technology and great care is taken.
