Notes
The nose is intense and complex with floral notes of red roses, ripe red fruits, currants and a hint of light spice. Is soft and quite tannic on the palate, but exceptionally tasty.
Vinification
Hand harvest, pressing in tank and maceration for 7-15 days at a controlled temperature of 24/26 degrees. Drainage (saignée) of 15/20% to obtain more fullness, extract and colour. Ageing in steel tanks for at least 6 months and then 2 months in bottle.
