Notes
The olive oil has a bright green-yellow color. On the palate it is strong, slightly spicy, with bitter notes of almonds and artichokes. The finish is medium fruity, light and with an excellent harmony.
Vinification
This oil is a first-class, biodynamic Demeter olive oil from Abruzzo. The autochthonous olives are harvested by hand and processed in the oil mill within a few hours. The oil is obtained exclusively by a manual, mechanical process and cold-pressed.

Wine is the mouthpiece for a delicate balance that harmonises heaven, earth and man. Biodynamic agriculture, respect for the environment and the cycles of nature, fertilisation and cultivation methods based on energy flows and currents: everything aims to highlight the typical characteristics of the plant species and becomes pure philosophy. The soil and the life that develops on it become a single system: man and nature enter into a profound union to promote the health of the earth, preserve the ecosystem and give rise to a product that becomes the spiritual symbol of a cosmic connection.
