The talented winemaker Juan Luis Perez de Eulate (La Vinoteca Balear) and the well-known Bodega Macia Batle, have jointly launched the two wines Dos Marias and Pago de Maria. The grapes, mainly the native variety Mantonegro, come from the municipality of Binissalem and grow at an altitude of 100-200 meters above sea level. The microclimate that prevails locally is very sunny and is located on a slightly hilly relief with soils of clay and limestone.
