Vinification
Fermentation on the skins for 5-7 days with autochthonous yeasts, then racking and completion of fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging also in stainless steel tanks.

Gianni Tessari, born in Brognoligo in 1963, began to revolutionize the Soave together with his brother in the early eighties.
