Notes
Intense ruby red; excellent aromatic nose. Aromas of black berries with spicy and balsamic nuances. The dense and silky tannin makes it powerful and full on the palate, showing great potential.
Vinification
After completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left to macerate for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new 500-litre barrels. Maturation: at least 12 Mt. barriques

The beautiful estate of Cipriana is located in the foothills of the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci, near the Mediterranean Sea. Since 1975 the estate has been owned by the Fabiani brothers, who have planted 8 hectares of vines and 3.5 hectares of olive groves. Some of the vineyards are located directly on the estate and others along Via Bolgherese, where the most famous vineyards of the Bolgheri Appellation are located.
