Ripe aromas of pineapple and apricot, very broad with subtle sweetness and a refreshing astringency.
Vinification
Matured in 70% steel tank and 30% wooden barrel. Souvignier Gris is a fungus resistant cross of Cabernet Sauvignon X Bronner.
