Bright straw yellow; very fine and persistent perlage, fruity aromas with balanced yeasty notes. The palate is fresh, dry and very persistent, with a nice finish of dried fruit.
Vinification
Separate vinification of the three varieties with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a temperature of 14-16°C. Fermentation in bottle for about 24 months.
