Typical Syrah notes of ripe plums, flowers and black pepper. Shows a sweet ripeness of fruit on the palate. Slightly mineral with pleasantly caressing tannins.
Vinification
Folavento is the trademark of the Tenuta del Fontino winery. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it is a Syrah obtained exclusively from the best grapes of the vineyards of the winery. It is the result of simple and basic agronomic and oenological practices that comply with biodynamic agriculture.
