A true representation of its terroir, elegant and profound, without any bitterness. Its aromatic personality is marked by notes of candied lemon, acacia honey and hints of vanilla. The palate is concentrated and full-bodied, yet fresh. Its finish is long and persistent.

Limited to 1,345 bottles This wine undergoes a careful vinification, starting with destemming and crushing, followed by a 48-hour cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and ceramic amphorae. After 15 months of aging on fine lees and 4 months of bottle rest, an exceptional drop is obtained.

This wine is an ideal companion for seafood, especially grilled salmon or shrimp. It is also excellent with light chicken dishes with a creamy sauce. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed with a ripe Camembert or Brie. Its balanced freshness and depth also make it the perfect wine for a relaxed evening, enjoying its complex flavors on its own.

A wonderful discovery at Vinitaly 2022, Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, founders of the Gelati multi-company Grom, after selling their ice cream empire to Unilever, bought 30ha of land in Barbaresco, 10ha of which are planted with vines. There they produce today high-quality Barbarescos from single vineyards, which meet the highest standards. Other wines such as Barbera d'Asti or excellent Piemonte DOC complete the range.
