Straw yellow, intense and persistent nose with fragrant and fruity notes, with hints of ripe yellow fruit. The palate is clean with a nice body, warm and tasty, balanced and harmonious.
Vinification
Maceration with the skins for 8-12 hours. Aging on the lees in steel tanks and then in bottle for at least 3 months.
