The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its aroma is intense, but at the same time delicate, exuding a wide range of aromas. In the mouth, the wine presents itself dry and fresh with an excellent structure. Particularly noticeable is its great juiciness, which gives the wine a certain fullness.
Vinification
Manual harvest in the coolest morning hours of the first half of September. Vinified and aged in stainless steel tank.

In this part of the Maremma the family produces not only first-class wine but also many other regional delicacies such as grappa, olive oil, wild boar ham or cheese. All products can be tasted in their own osteria. The property extends over 40 hectares, 8 of which are planted with vines. The harvest is done by hand.
