Bright ruby red; the nose reveals delicate aromas of small berries and black cherries, followed by notes of tobacco. On the palate the Bolgheri is characterized by soft and round tannins. Juicy on the finish.
Vinification
Fermentation in cement tanks lasted about two weeks, followed by a 10-day maceration.

The beautiful estate of Cipriana is located in the foothills of the medieval village of Castagneto Carducci, near the Mediterranean Sea. Since 1975 the estate has been owned by the Fabiani brothers, who have planted 8 hectares of vines and 3.5 hectares of olive groves. Some of the vineyards are located directly on the estate and others along Via Bolgherese, where the most famous vineyards of the Bolgheri Appellation are located.
