Pinot Nero is the star of this rosé, used at 100%, it gives it a unique pink hue with a strong aromatic scent supported by notes of wild strawberries and small red berries.
Vinification
After a short maceration with the skins, first fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in steel tank. 2nd fermentation and aging for at least 30 months on the lees. The disgorgement date is written on the back label of each of the 5000 bottles produced.
