Producer
SINCETTE
The story of Sincette began in 1979 in Polpenazze del Garda, in the province of Brescia. In this area, in the heart of the Valtenesi, Giovanni Battista Brunori bought a rural building and carefully restored it, which then took on the role of company headquarters under the name Cascina la Pertica. Working alongside him is his son Ruggero Brunori, who shares his father's desire to produce great wines and bring out the best in the land. This according to the teachings of biodynamics. The term (Bíos + Dynamis) has two meanings: the power of life and the possibility of life. For Sincette, following the biodynamic philosophy means just that: listening to nature, respecting its laws and cultivating the land without damaging it.
