Brivio

Guido Brivio is an oenologist with a solid French and American professional training. Motivated by a long family tradition in the wine trade, at the end of the eighties he had the opportunity to buy an old wine cellar that had been based on the production of Ticino wines for a long time. Today he is one of the top winemakers in Ticino. TRA NOI (engl.: "among us") is the joint selection of Guido Brivio and Reto Vergani, who realizes with this project a childhood dream. His mother comes from Lamone, a small suburb of Lugano, and during her lifetime she always enjoyed the local Ticino wines. The grapes of TRA NOI Ticino bianco and Ticino rosso come from Sottoceneri, the southernmost tip of Ticino.
