The winery was founded in the 1950s by Vittorio Dal Bello and is now run by his two sons. They have invested a lot in the latest technology with the aim of producing Prosecchi of the highest quality. At Dal Bello the name says it all: people like to surround themselves with the good and the beautiful. They produce Spumante, but also Frizzanti and a small number of red wines. The family owns 20 hectares of vineyards and processes the quality wine with the most modern cellar technology, such as a filtration system under absolute exclusion of air, so that no air molecule can cloud the freshness of the wine. But tradition is also cultivated, manual sorting after the manual harvest and taking time during the maturing process are a matter of honour, after all, the ancient Romans already cultivated wine here.
