More than 30 years ago Enzo Manicardi founded his farm and began the production of Aceto Balsamico. Among the rolling hills of Emiglia-Romagna, in a high quality DOC zone, lies the home of this family business. Today it is run by the next generation, with the same passion and perfection with which it all began with Enzo Manicardi.
