Aromas of green apple, banana, lemon, violets and nutmeg. Its refreshing acidity on the palate, balanced aromas and pleasant, lingering finish round off the wine perfectly.
Vinification
The grapes are left to stand after crushing so that the aromas are released from the skins. The wine is matured without malolactic fermentation so that it retains its fruity aromas and fresh acidity.
