Producer
GINI
The Gini winery has a long tradition in the Soave production area and today covers 25 hectares of vineyards. Part of the vineyard 'LA FROSCÀ' was already in the family in 1700. The winery is managed by the brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini. Today's success can be explained by a restrictive management of the low hectolitre yields. When the vegetation is lush, a large part of the grapes are cut out. The grape harvest is carried out up to three times to ensure that all the grapes are harvested at the peak of their maturity. The newly built cellar, dug into the rock, is located in Monteforte d'Alpone, certainly one of the best sites for the Soave.
