Pale pink; fine and persistent perlage, with fruity notes of raspberries and sweet spices, enveloped by pleasant yeasty notes. The palate is elegant and dynamic, with a graceful freshness and delicate creaminess.
Vinification
Fermentation of the two varieties is carried out separately at 15-16°C (rosé vinification of Pinot Noir grapes with short maceration and maceration on the skins) 2nd bottle fermentation about 24 months.
Accompanying
Aperitif, also goes well with fish starters and seafood. Interesting with oriental dishes and generally with spicy dishes.
