Pronounced, fresh nose with notes of exotic fruits. On the palate slightly mineral and incredibly juicy. The playful acidity supports the fruity notes paired with bergamot. Makes you want more.
Vinification
After fermentation for 3 weeks at 16 degrees, the juice remains on the fine lees for another two months.

In his search for suitable grapes on the Tuscan coast, the Swiss winemaker Roland Krebser met Stefano Bambagioni. It quickly became clear to both of them that they wanted to make their own wine together. Stefano had the suitable parcels of Sangiovese grapes and Roland the know-how for the wine production. Nudo stands symbolically for the "Naked Truth". The 2 hectares are managed according to organic guidelines, they let the wines ferment spontaneously and rely on local grape varieties. At the moment: Sangiovese for the red grapes and Vermentino for the white. They started the common project in 2012 with 3000 bottled bottles. We are curious what will follow from the forge of the two talented friends.
