Full-bodied, complex, dense, and with good length on the palate. The bouquet reminds of chocolate, honey and vanilla. Also citrus and tropical fruits as well as a spicy finish of nutmeg and pepper.

As with its two siblings, the grapes are hand-picked after another gorgeous Zurich summer and then fermented in the bottle according to the 'Méthode Traditionnelle'. In addition, the base wines of this Zürischum matured for 6 months in barrique barrels before bottle fermentation. This gives it a fine creaminess and appealing toasty aromas.
