Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, infused with a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is broad and multi-layered with sensual notes of candied citrus and ripe fruit through to captivating aromas of dried fruit and spices. The palate is at once supple and vibrant, with a distinctive acidity and mineral note.

Part of the Chardonnay ferments and matures in barriques, while the remaining Chardonnay and Pinot Nero are fermented separately by grape variety in stainless steel and then refined on the lees for several months. This is followed by 56 months of bottle fermentation.
