Notes
Franciacorta, the highest sparkling wine of Italy and one of the noblest sparkling wines in the world. Straw yellow; aroma at the beginning of fresh flowers, then ripe fruit, apple and apricot jam; on the palate vanilla, hazelnut and toasted aromas, very rich, harmonious and elegant. The perlage is very fine and uniform. A great sparkling wine in the style of a noble vintage champagne.
Vinification
The grapes are strictly selected. The base wines are fermented in small oak barrels and remain in contact with the fine yeasts for 6 months. This is followed by the second fermentation in the bottle, which takes about eight years on average!
