Intense red color with violet reflections. Complex on the nose with notes of black fruits, aromatic herbs and spices. Dynamic and vertical on the palate, deep in the mouth, with elegant and soft tannins, in absolute balance with the structure of the wine.
Vinification
The grape must ferments for 15 days in cement tanks before being aged for 12 months in 50% new barriques and 50% used barriques. Maturation for one year in the bottle.
