Notes
In the nose structured with enveloping aromas of cocoa and cherry. The impression on the nose is amply confirmed on the palate. A classic with a powerful bouquet and a long finish.
Vinification
This grappa is the result of a careful selection of exquisite grappas aged in barrels of Troncais d'Allier oak for the last 10 years. The combination of different vintages and grape varieties gives this grappa elegance and complexity.

In Monferrato, in Piedmont, surrounded by a hilly landscape, the Distillerie Berta is at home. The landscape here seems completely untouched. The distillery was founded in 1947 by Paolo Berta. In 2002 a spacious new building with a barrique cellar and new steel tanks as well as the most modern communication technology was inaugurated. We can look back on a wonderful, long-standing and friendly cooperation with Berta. As the greatest proof of confidence they gave us the right to represent their Grappe in Switzerland as general importer.
