Notes
A bright and intense straw yellow, streaked with distinguished golden hues. The nose is caressed by aromas of yellow fruit and citrus nuances, complemented by the scent of spring flowers, subtle spices and a touch of minerality. The palate is full and rich, accompanied by a tangy freshness and a distinct spiciness.
Vinification
The three grapes were harvested by hand at optimum ripeness at different times and aged separately, partly in wooden barrels and partly in steel tanks. After 12 months on the lees, with regular bâtonnage, the assemblage took place in October 2020.
Accompanying
perfect companion to matured San Daniele ham, omelettes, risottos, to pasta with seafood and to sophisticated fish dishes.

Driven by the power of the Italian joie de vivre, the Perazza family is for the first time applying its vision of the NERO Magis project to wine, just as it has done in the iconic designs of its furnishings. For the production area, the choice fell on the DOC area Friuli Colli Orientali, the eastern hills of Friuli. Winemaker Walter Filiputti spent many years reviving one of the oldest grape varieties in Friuli, Pignolo. First mentioned in a document dating back to 1398, it is one of the most storable Italian red wines. The 2014 harvest was the first to bottle the Nero Magis. This will be followed by Nero Magis Riserva, which will be a 100% Pignolo.
