Deep red; spices and ripe fruit on the nose; full and expansive on the palate with endless length.
Vinification
Manual late harvest in small boxes, gentle destemming, maceration and fermentation on the skins for 7-8 days. Ageing takes place for two years in new barrique oak barrels. The Bionzo is only produced in peak years and is limited to 2000-3000 bottles.

A wine for great occasions, it goes very well with red meat or game dishes and mature cheeses.
